The Integrated Building Management System seamlessly integrates various services and systems such as the Intelligent Fire Alarm System, Lift & Elevator System,Chillers, VFDs, Access Control, CCTV System etc. on a single workstation. It also helps saves energy but accurately controlling the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Condition Systems, Lighting systems and other building services.
IP cameras are the new generation CCTV cameras that transmits the video signal across internet to be viewed at from any location or to be stored in a secure storage. These cameras use features such as motion detection, cross line detection, wide dynamic range, and improved low light functionality to ensure complete security of the premises. The entire system of security surveillance is later seamlessly linked to a comprehensive command control centre where personnels can monitor and execute it with ease.
i) Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm System
Intelligent Addressable Systems offer benefits in terms of speed of detection, identification of the location of fire and easier maintenance. Intelligent systems also offer tolerance to faults in the system wiring, which allows a single pair of wires to be used to connect up to 300 devices to the system, all owing cost savings in the wiring of large systems. In larger installations, the benefits of improved maintenance and reduced cabling cost are overwhelming. The price difference between intelligent and conventional systems has narrowed to such an extent that even for small installations, the use of intelligent fire alarm system should be considered.
ii) Aspiration Smoke Detection System
An aspirating smoke detector (ASD) is a system used in active fire protection, consisting of a central detection unit which draws air through a network of pipes to detect smoke. The sampling chamber is based on a nephelometer that detects the presence of smoke particles suspended in air by detecting the light scattered by them in the chamber. ASDs can typically detect smoke before it is visible to the naked eye.
The System is used for general as well as for specific Public Address System with the help of various speakers, amplifiers and controller. The Emergency Voice Evacuation System can be used for evacuation purposes in case of Fire, Earthquake etc. The system also can be integrated with an Intelligent Fire Alarm System.
Access Control System performs 2 primary functions (i) Control of all Entry/Exit points from an Area/Facility, and (ii) Tracks and Logs personnel throughout a facility. The Access Control forms a security barrier and hence protects the facilities from unauthorized entries. Every individual working in the facility has unique cards hence trespassing is avoided. The Access can be controlled through various mechanisms such as door locks, turnstiles, sliding doors, retractable barriers and swing gates among others, based on the level of security desired.
A/V System is a customised solution prepared with the help of design of specific speakers, their amplifiers, controllers, projectors, video wall, screen etc. In Auditorium application, it also includes stage lighting with its controls. The same kind of system is designed and provided for residential application as a Home Theatre.
This system provides a solution for any building / industry structure for its LAN & WAN Communication for data & voice. It includes Network Switches, Routers, Servers, Computers, CAT 6 Cabling etc.
This system provides comfort for internal and external voice communication required for any building and industry. This system comes with three basic types – analogues (EPABX), IP(IP-PBX) and Hybrid (Analogue+ IP).
Used specially in hospitals where the system helps the Patient to call an available nurse from outside the patient’s premise in case of Emergency with the help of hand held devices and buttons. It is installed on or near to patients’ beds, toilets and bathrooms and is built with a fail safe that incase the call to the nurse goes unanswered, higher authority levels will be intimated for the same.
i) Electrified Security Power Fence
Large premises need a secured perimeter protection system to stop intruders from having access to the campus. This is very essential in particularly large spaces where manning every entry and exit point is close to impossible 24 hours a day. This system consists of electrified security fence that can be integrated with the surveillance systems like CCTV, Access Control, Flood light Operation, IP accessibility etc to ensure maximum security. Therefore, it will effectively detect, deter and delay entry of an intruder.
ii) Fiber Optic Based Intrusion Protection & Detection System
High security regions and pipeline protection regions use Fiber Optic Based Intrusion Detection system to safeguard the premises. Multimode or single mode OFC cables are installed that can span a distance of upto 20kms from the control room and can detect third-party interference such as walking, manual digging on the surface as well as tunnel digging below the surface.
